Chaotic Good Kitchen isn't a studio or a show kitchen — it's a home, with a terrace that looks out over Athens and a table built for long afternoons.
The cooking is the real thing: phyllo rolled by hand, vegetables from the morning market, and olive oil pressed from Koroneiki olives in my own village. You'll cook alongside me, hear the stories behind the dishes, and leave with the skills to make them again at home.
No pretension, no rushing, no watching from a stool. Just good Greek food, made together, eaten slowly.
